Sometimes you might find that you need a character no matter how major or minor to accomplish a plot or a dynamic for your character. This is the forum where you can come to request those pivotal people.

The Quarter is the oldest neighborhood in New Orleans and was founded in 1718. The city was built around the historic quarter and despite the trying times has remained the heart of the city. Jazz music, bars, restaurants, and the Creole culture have thrived in the intimate environment and it's not uncommon for tourists and locals to inhabit this section of the city from the rising of the sun and long past when it sinks beyond the horizon.

The Central Business District is the most modern section of the city. It holds all the business offices and the city government seats. It's nightlife is slightly more subdued than the rest of the vibrant city. but Lafayette Square does thrum and bump into the late hours of the night. During the waking hours you see thousands of people going about their business in suits and skirts while they drink coffee and work on something to benefit the city.

The Bywater & Marigny is home to the creole culture that the city boasts. It's the hot bed of arts and culture and brings people from all walks of life to the art galleries, the art fete, and the various shops and eateries. The crescent park dominates the Mississippi River banks on the South bank and gives a breath taking view for everyone. Come walk St. Claude's Avenue and enjoy the sights.

The Algiers, also known as the 15th ward, is a very open and warm district. From their music festivals and outdoor amphitheaters to their ferry rides and water adventures. The oldest library in the city stands not a heart beat from the river banks and the stunning residential streets will take your breath away. It's a mere short ferry ride from the Quarter so everyone should come enjoy in the beautiful scenic district.

The Countryside that surrounds the tributary city of New Orleans is a beautiful manse of open space from swamps and bayou's too rolling forests that give the city a breath taking view. There is plenty of wide open places too roam around.

Antietam is the ancient name for the stars, the promised land, and heaven. This glowing city is high above the clouds on a different dimension of existence and serves as the home and base of operations for the angelic race. None may enter the gates without angelic blood and it is guarded zealously by the guards of light and rain.

Tartarus is the flaming pits of hell. The kingdom of demons that currently is ruled by Lucifer, the outcast angel who fell from grace. The underworld city is the home of the dead and with every death a lost soul is consumed and dumped into the river styx to flow for all eternity until the fire tastes their flesh. only the dead may walk in this city and the gates are guarded by a fearsome warrior.

The cosmos is no mans land glowing high above the clouds and out past the stars. The land is the home for souls on their way to the pearly gates to rest in the land eternal. The banshees and the angels are the only people who walk in the hollowed space as the guide newly departed souls into the cherished land. Demons have been known to prey on the traveling souls in the field.

The wastelands is the dark and burning fields that lead to the city of tartarus. lost souls often wander the area as they travel too the darkened pits of hell. the fields are often play areas for demons and not many people wander into such a place. angels and banshees may enter to save souls that have been wrongly judged, but rarely do they venture into such areas.
